He was Ankit Aditya Pradhan, fresh into his teens and with stars in his eyes. He yearned to be the architect of his own destiny, to create his own universe, to make success his ally!
The Genesis of a Dream
Devoid of a silver spoon or billion-dollar boardroom connections, Ankit Aditya Pradhan had the ‘usual’ start to life: traditional schooling, middle-class upbringing, orthodox Indian values, and loving parents.
All ‘usual’ except for a burning desire to make it big!
That urge fueled the transition from schoolyard to B.Tech (DGI, Greater Noida) and MBA from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. Coincidently, this was when booming real estate was all the rage, syncing perfectly with Ankit’s larger-than-life ambitions.
However, it was untested waters. Ankit had not the slightest clue of the nuts and bolts that operated real estate. So, he went for the grassroots, doing small-time gigs just to access inner circles.
It didn’t take him long to break past barriers to entry. In fact, in under a year, he was closing deals by himself, making a name in real estate circles. As the word spread, small developers and dealers started reaching out—the Eureka moment had arrived!
Banking on this modest network, Ankit Aditya Pradhan founded Realty Assistant Pvt Ltd in Noida, the first group company under Viraaj Ventures, which serves over 25,000 clients in India and globally.
The Inception of Viraaj Ventures
Even before Realty Assistant, Ankit grasped that trust is pivotal to any business. He had realised that people buy readily into what they have faith in. From that moment on, bridging customer need gaps and earning their faith became a mission; if it meant relinquishing a few deals or margins, so be it!
He focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, earning a strong reputation in real estate, and attracting clients seeking investment opportunities. Investors would consult to finance their investments.
Ankit couldn't meet every client's expectations single-handedly. Hence, he envisioned a team that would share his values and align with his long-term aspirations. In time, a network surfaced catering to clients end to end, which later became Viraaj Ventures.
